Agave Road was the back drop for an awesome wedding. There were hundreds of details in this wedding which made for stunning décor and a truly personalized wedding. Magnificent flowers were created by Tawyna with Agave Brothers. I am truly amazed at Tawyna’s talent and I have never seen her create the same thing twice. She is without a doubt the most creative floral designer in the country. The bride’s aunt added to the gloriousness of the dance floor by hanging lanterns and crystals over the dance floor which came to life when the colored lights hit them. Details – Details – Details was what the décor and flowers were all about.
I found out that the bride, Amy, has a passion for burros. She just loves them so they were on the invitations and a must have for pre-wedding photographs. It just happens that Agave Road has donkeys and they love carrots. So we were able to make Amy’s dream come true with photographs with the donkeys. However, Adam is standing ground in that there will be no purchases of donkeys in their future.
Weddings are joyous occasions and every family approaches that joy differently. Adam and Amy’s families were in complete celebration and the tears of joy flowed freely throughout the day. Adam touched my heart when he cried when he saw Amy during their first look. Charlie (Amy’s dad) did the same when he couldn’t keep back the tears during the father daughter dance.
Their exit was a first for me – Confetti – I am I am talking a serious amount of confetti! Some image so filled with confetti that you can’t see Adam and Amy. But my fabulous team caught the shot! The couple had a great send off with champagne in a vintage Rolls Royce.
The night ended and I was left smiling – this family coming together in celebrations of this wonderful couple.
Be warned it’s a very long blog… details – lots of details… My heartful thanks to Amy and Adam for choosing me to capture this magical day… love to you both! Enjoy your sneak peek!
